Joe Watkins is an attorney licensed in Virginia the District of Columbia and the State of Arizona.
Joe has practiced law for 3 decades with the primary focus of his practice in personal injury claims, catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, and insurance litigation. Joe graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law.
Prior to practicing law, he worked in media production in a number of different capacities.
Early in his career Joe worked with a large law firm almost exclusively representing insurance companies in large corporations in a variety of different situations. Joe transitioned from representing clients like State Farm, Allstate, Farm Bureau, USF&G, United Van Lines, Sears, and other large companies to representing people and small businesses after forming his own practice in 1992.
Over the course of his career, Joe has successfully resolved a variety of different personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, sexual assault, and other litigation claims having recovered over 20 million dollars for his clients over the course of his career. Joe has had cases featured on Oprah, in the Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, The Maine Antique Digest, numerous news affiliates and publications throughout the country.
With offices in Lexington, Virginia and Tucson, Arizona, he has dealt with injury claims, insurance disputes and related litigation issues on both ends of the country.
Mr. Watkins is a married father of three. He and his wife Michelle reside in Lexington, Virginia and Joe splits his time between Virginia and Arizona.
